Standards and Fees

Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $125
Administrative fee: $450
Corporate Application Fee: $100; $25 criminal background check per applicant
Guarantor Application Fee: $125 per guarantor
Security Deposit - Additional: $500 based on results of credit report
Security Deposit - Maximum: $1000 based on results of credit report
Pet Fee - Non Refundable: $500 for 1 pet or $700 for 2 pets
Pet Rent - Monthly: $20 per month for 1 pet or $30 per month for 2 pets
Gate Remote/Key/Fob: $75 charged per fobs for more than two or if lost, stolen or damaged
Refundable Garage Remote Deposit: $100 charged if remote is lost, stolen, or damaged
Valet Trash: $20 for residents on lease prior to us taking over, renewals and new residents varies monthly, billed in arrears
Package/Parcel Setup Fee: $10 billed by Package Concierge
Water/Sewer/Trash: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $15 per billing cycle
Monthly Utility Billing Service Fee: $4.25
NSF Fee: $40
Monthly Late Fee if no paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is $100

Termination Fee: Option 1: Two months of rent or Option 2: pay rent until unit is occupied by new tenant
Apartment Transfer Fee: $800
Liability Insurance if renter's insurance policy lapses: $13.22

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $500

Monthly Pet Rent: $20/$30 (1 or 2 pets)

Comments: Only one non-refundable fee of $500 for 1 pet or $700 for 2 pets due at move-in. Monthly pet fee of $20 for 1 pet or $30 for 2 pets. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

The Remy Apartments is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
